The exercise assessment portion of the program is simple, comfortable and takes only a few minutes. The assessment is performed during a workout on a treadmill, stationary bike or other exercise equipment. The RMR assessment is performed while resting comfortably in a chair and usually takes 15 to 30 minutes.
