Lumbar Decompression Therapy

Lumbar Decompression Therapy opens up the spaces in your lumbar spine where spinal nerves are being compressed to help reduce your pain and improve your function. Non-Surgical Lumbar Decompression utilizes a specialized table to mechanically open up the spaces where the spinal nerves pass through.

How Does it Work?

The procedure is 20–30 cycles of decompression on the specialized table. You will be fitted with a pelvic harness and positioned comfortably on your back with a knee wedge. The table slowly and gently will relieve the pressure on your spinal nerves. You may need multiple sessions depending on the severity of the condition.
