Meet The Doctors

Dr. David German was born and raised in Kerrobert, Saskatchewan. He attended University of Regina for his undergraduate studies and graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1992. David has been practicing in Bismarck, North Dakota since graduation.

Sara Doll is a dedicated board certified family nurse practitioner who joined Healthways in 2026. With over 15 years of experience in an advanced practice, she combines her clinical expertise with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Sara earned her bachelor's degree from Minot State University and completed her Master’s degree at University of Mary in 2009. As a North Dakota native, she is deeply attuned to the unique healthcare needs of regional communities, with special interests in cancer survivorship and preventative care and wellness.

Dr. Jeff Smith, a native of McHenry, North Dakota, received his medical degree from the University of North Dakota. He is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with added qualifications in Sports Medicine and Geriatrics.

Dr. Troy Wollmann was born and raised in Moorhead, Minnesota. He attended North Dakota State University for his undergraduate studies and then graduated from North Western College of Chiropractic in 1992. Troy has been practicing in Bismarck, North Dakota since graduation.
